Every time I personalize one of these metal tubs for babies it makes me smile. Most of the time I get a sneak preview of the nursery and I imagine how the mom might use it as the baby grows...books, toys, or maybe art pencils and paper for the creative child. And, I LOVE the idea of utilizing a gift as part of the shower decor as this group did...diapers and wet wipes never looked so cute! Congratulations to mom-to-be Brooke Light!
It seems younger girls are more interested in practicality (esp. in this economy), so we decided to use it as a centerpiece instead of investing money into flowers that would only last a few more days. I think it turned out cute with the balloons we attached to the side. Very personable... :)
