Girl's Retreat Project

Each year our youth minister's wife and several ladies sponsor a girl's retreat in Gulf Shores, AL. It's a week-end filled with spiritual encouragement and opportunities for building relationships for our teen girls...along with a little time on the beach. And, every year there are opportunities to write notes of affirmation to each other....Love Lines. Over the years there have been journals to write in, jars to collect notes, and handmade bags. This year the Girl's Encouragement Ministry created beautifully stamped cork boards with handmade pushpins created with old buttons, jewels, and paper. Here's a few photographs from the retreat. I can hardly wait to hear how God has blessed each person!
